LCM's core value is to keep overhead expenses low, while continuing to provide quality services to our clients. LCM's volunteers are the life blood of the ministry! No program is offered or begun without the commitment and support of volunteers.

We want you! Whether you are looking to volunteer on a regular basis or one-time, we would love to have you as part of the ministry team at LCM.

How to get started:

To volunteer on a regular basis, schedule a tour and overview of LCM by calling Erika at 281-339-3033 or e-mailing erika@lighthousecm.org.
To volunteer for a specific program or serve opportunity, please review our list of programs and contact the person designated for each program.
Sign-up to receive our monthly volunteer newsletter, this will keep you apprised of individual and group volunteer needs as they arise.

Group Serve Opportunities: We offer many opportunities throughout the year to serve together as a small group, organization, or Sunday School class. Some examples of past projects are listed below. To schedule your group serve opportunity, call Erika at 281-339-3033 or e-mail erika@lighthousecm.org.

Past group projects have included:

Landscaping and general building maintenance and cleaning
Painting
Helping with senior or disabled client's home repairs or yard maintenance
Building wheelchair ramps for disabled client's
Hosting a food drive, sorting food collected from food drives
Packing and distributing backpacks of school supplies
Participating in seasonal outreach programs

Mission

Lighthouse Christian Ministries (LCM) is an interdenominational Christian Outreach mission dedicated to assisting our neighbors in need. LCM provides emergency financial assistance and food for short term help, along with educational and job placement assistance for long term help. We are dedicated to serving each individual with respect and love, through Christ. LCM was formed in 1997 and is a section 501(c)(3) non-profit agency.
