Chuck and Terry Gussler -Executive Director and Medical Ministries

Chuck and Terry are the heart and soul of this ministry. They love people and they love Jesus. I don't just

say this, they live and breathe their faith. They have been here from the beginning, and will continue encouraging others through this ministry as long as they can. Chuck and Terry have four beautiful children with five grandchildren. They love to travel and they love spending time with their family. Linda Cardella- Director of Resale Operations

As the Director of Resale Operations, Linda manages the resale stores and all that implies. She helps to build into the life of the employees, as well as giving input on client management. She began her work for the ministry in September of 2001 and has been a strong tower of prayer and wisdom ever since. She has been married to her husband, Buddy, for 10 years. Between the two of them they have seven children and 6 grand children. They enjoy the outdoors together and only wish they had time for more adventures. Linda is also very involved in the community through the C.A.R.E. center, her church and us. She sits on the Board of Directors for the C.A.R.E. center and here. At her church, she stays very involved especially through her leadership of one of the ministry teams. Lauren White- Community Relations Director

Lauren got connected with us while she was working at Clear Creek Community Church, where she began

to volunteer here through them, during the summer of 2006. She began working here in August of 2006. She is the Community Relations Director. She was recently married to Shaggy on May 4, 2007. They enjoy the outdoors and hope to someday be missionaries in Africa. They recently had a baby boy named Shaggy Cooper. They affectionately call him Cooper. They love being with friends and can be found hanging out with friends at a good restaurant or walking their dogs, Titan and Bucky, while carrying their son at their side. Ann Evans- Outreach Director

Ann started out as a store associate helping with the counseling and food pantry. She has done such a great job and has such a big heart she is now our Outreach Director. Ann loves people and fits in with the ministry great. She enjoys spending time with her husband (Chris) of 38 years, her 2 children and her 6 grandchildren. You can find Ann at her church, Bayshore Friends, where she is very involved in the daily life of others and the ministry that happens there. Erika Steele- Community Relations

Erika recently joined LighthouseChristianMinistries after leaving her job at the Boeing Company. She will be working with LCM to help raise support through Grant writing and other fundraising efforts. She will also assist Lauren in the program operations. Erika has been married to her husband PJ for four years and they recently became parents of twins, Rebecca and Caleb. They love serving the Lord at their church Clear Creek Community by working with the High School Ministry and leading high school small groups. Fay Adams- Resale Shop Associate

Fay began volunteering more than eight years ago and is still a regular volunteer. Not only does she volunteer time, she also works here at the store. Fay has been an employee longer than any of us. If you want to know a little about the ministry we do, you can ask her. She is a store associate, but she is so much more. She not only helps with the regular duties, she is a big part of the food ministry we do and she counsels with clients on a weekly basis. It all started from a little bake sale we had several years ago, where her church had a group come and volunteer. Aren’t we grateful for that church group. Fay has been married to her husband Sam for 25 years. She has 4 kids and he has 3. All of their children are grown providing them with 15 grandchildren and 6.5 great grandchildren. You can find her sitting on her deck with Sam enjoying what God has made.

Sharlene Dominy- Resale Shop Associate

Sharlene is working on a year of employment starting in the beginning of 2007. She is also a Store Associate, but feels that she does so much more. Sharlene says “it didn’t take me long to feel the heart beat of this ministry.” She feels the Lord has given her many opportunities to minister His love and to join with the “Samaritan” heart of this ministry. She has been married for almost forty years to her husband, Morris Dominy. She feels overjoyed by the love her children have brought her. She has two boys and one girl and seven precious grand children.

Linda Rose- Resale Shop Associate

Linda is a store associate and helps in many aspects by processing donations, working with community service volunteers, working with volunteers, displaying the processed donations, giving creative ideas for store arrangement to the director, helping keep the store clean, while greeting and checking out

customers. She started as a volunteering around 2001 and began to work for us in 2005. She met her husband of many years while serving in the Navy, since then they have had the joy of having 2 great kids. While she enjoys working in the stores, her husband is great at doing his work as a diagnostic tech.

They truly enjoy the outdoors by going camping and kayaking. Their friends are important to them, as they help and enjoy them when they can, but God and family are something precious that they dedicate their time to.

Grace Sheldon- Resale Shop Associate

Grace is also a fairly new employee, since she started in August of this year, but she has been volunteering

here for over four years. We are very happy to have her joining us in a new way. She enjoys her work in the store as a Store Associate, but also loves to work in the garden. (You can see some of her work in our flowerbed at under our sign). She is married to Elmer and has four sons and two grand sons. Two are in HS, one is married and her other she lost, but is remembered dearly. The one thing you can always find them doing as a family is being outdoors, especially camping.
